    Lightbulb

    Hello all

Im looking purchase a super 8 camera for my girlfriend but, would like something extremely simple, that she can just put in the automatic mode and run with it. She understands some of the technical stuff, but I think she might be turned off to setting the aperature manually all the time.
I know the Eumig Nautica is COMPLETELY automatic, but they are very hard to come by.
Anybody know a camera that produces good pictures in the automatic mode, and...possibly has a FIXED FOCUS.
My old Minolta I gave to a buddy of mine, but it didn't have a fixed focus.

You're right about the Nautica. Eumig also sold a non waterproof version of this camera mnamed the Mini 3, and it might be worth hunting down one of those.

It had a 3x f1,9 zoom and no focusing. About the only adjustment you could make was to switch the A/D filter in or out.

find a Kodak M4 and your set. Palm size, fixed focus with auto lighmeter and prime lens for sharp pictures.
